1.IQC:check the DOB,the component should accord with  "GB699-1999".The surface is without bubble,flaw,scab,crack,impurity and obvious scarification,it can't be have layer.The sickness of steel plate is 1.5-0.04mm.

2.Store:put-in-storage:make the storage mark and quality state mark.Used base plate or shelf to separate steel plate from floor,ensure to moistureproof.

3.Picking:follow up FIFO policy,ensure the item and quatity agreen with material requisition.It should handle with care.

4.Process :(1).shear(The size is accord with "cold stamping process card".) → (2).blanking → (3).stretch(free of dents) → (4).profiling(without cinc mark) → (5).scrap edge → (6).forming → (7).nubbincutoffmachi → (8).burring → (9).checking(without cinc mark or burrs or others) → (10).finish(galvanized) → (11).checking(surface is without phanic coating defects,and the coating is clean,and not damage.The surface is bright.It quickly rub 10-15s with each othre,the coating is without bubble or metal peel.)
